What happens with the money that’s raised during the pilot?

Our plan is to use any funds raised to provide discounts for participants in the Summer 2027 Youth Creative Placemaking Camp hosted at ASU’s Herberger Institute.

What if you don’t reach your funding goal?

If we don’t reach our funding goal by June 2027, all contributions we have received will be donated to the Tempe Bicycle Action Group to support youth education related to active transportation.

Where is The Wash located?

As of fall 2026, we don’t have a permanent home yet. Right now, we’re sharing the idea with residents and trying to find a good park where we can run a pilot.
